Getting increasingly pissed off that musicians seem to last in the pecking order for getting paid by venues...pay the bar staff, pay the bouncers, pay the sound engineer..expect the musician to play for shit all and expect them to  be grateful!! go fucking figure!..Any ideas on how to turn this situation around?
