Sunset Island Group names Bruce Major to Board of Directors
SARASOTA, Fla., June 20, 2011 — Sunset Island Group (OTC Pink Sheets: SIGO) announced today that it has named Mr. Bruce Major to its Board of Directors. Mr. Major has 31 years of experience in franchise sales, marketing/advertising, and field operations. His experience includes developing sales programs, budgeting, strategic planning, directing advertising campaigns, and managing marketing and operations field staffs. Previously, Mr. Major has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of BH Franchising. Mr. Major has also worked and developed franchises with CASUAL CAFÉ CONCEPTS: dba MUNCHELINO’S, NEW WORLD COFFEE and BAGELS, WENDY’S INTERNATIONAL, MIDAS INTERNATIONAL, INC , USA CAFÉ’S and BONANZA RESTAURANTS.
